Stryker Secure 2 hospital bed square rail
1. Stryker Secure 2 bed (above in photo)- this is known as one of the best bed models used in USA hospitals and now that hospitals are buying new beds these beds are entering the used bed market. This makes the prices cheap and the bed has many features including a scale and bed exit alarm which make it nice for ICU and hospital use. These beds new sold for over $6,000 each and are now only $300 each used.

2. Hill Rom P3200 Versacare bed. – this was Hill Rom’s bed that competed against the Stryker Secure 2 bed. Although there are newer bed models out they are not more durable than this older bed model. The Hill Rom Versacare bed was the best selling bed of Hill Rom and ran for about 10 years. These beds new were $8,000-12,000 and now are only $350 each including a used mattress

3. Hill Rom Advance and Advanta P1600 beds were the bed models that came out before the Versacare and these beds too were known to be very reliable and durable. Since they are older than the Hill Rom Versacare they are also cheaper and sell for only $200 per bed.

4. Stryker Secure 3 bed – this is the newer version of the Stryker Secure 2 bed and for any hospitals with a larger budget this is a very good looking and durable – reliable hospital bed. These hospital beds are still used in hundreds of United States hospitals just as the Versacare bed is however these beds are a little newer. These beds also include a scale and bed exit alarm.
